[ Step 04 ]

Send it, and forget about it.

[ Key Advice ]

Four things worth remembering.

[ Do Not Assume ]
Do not assume MySurgAssist already has the information. Send it.
[ Changes And Cancellations ]
Report every change or cancellation to MySurgAssist as soon as it happens.
[ Charging A Gap ]
When the patient is being charged a gap, always introduce yourself to the patient in the bay.
[ Missed Something? ]
Do not worry. We will always chase what is required at the end of the day.
